Tracy's Story

Me and my Host with the most .... Simon.
Me and my Host with the most .... Simon.
From the moment I stepped off the plane I knew that I was in for an experience. At the time, of course, I wasn't sure what kind of experience. I'll admit that I had many trepidations about joining my keen fisherfriend Jerome for the adventure (and tried a few times to back out). I'm SO thrilled that I overcame my hesitations. I had the most incredible time. The rush that I felt that first night out as my partner played that beautiful spring - well, it was all uphill from there. Every day felt like a fresh adventure and nothing disappointed. From the sunrises to evening fish tales, exhilarating. My final morning with Todd as my guide was beyond all expectations. We had the coho mojo flowing that morning, that's for sure. After a full summer of guiding, one might expect a guide to be burned out, going through the motions. You should have seen the light in Todd's eyes that day: so much passion, enthusiasm and precision. He's made his sport an art and I benefited big time. The double-header right at the end was unforgettable - we were totally buzzing.

I'll add that it's not only your guides who provided incredible experiences- the whole staff was awesome: warm, encouraging, helpful, funny and so dedicated to providing the utmost care and attention. It felt like family there. With a really fun Dad. Thank you Simon for being authentically you and making the adventure so memorable.I'm hoping to bring my two nephews with me next year - for sure I'll get Auntie of the Year Award...
